5 Features Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus Should be Immediately Repaired, for the Convenience of Users

Samsung flagship phone, Galaxy S9 became one of the best mobile phones with a fairly high price. In terms of specifications, no doubt this phone has a remarkable performance.

1. The original app Galaxy S9 did not work well enough

Samsung excels in making hardware, but the built-in apps for like keyboard, browser and messaging apps built in are not as good as Google’s Gboard keyboards, Chrome apps and Android Messages.

The Google app is connected to Google services. This makes the advantage of syncing search history on desktop and mobile. Unfortunately, the Samsung app cannot do that.

2. Samsung alarm clock requires a ‘wake-up call’

Alarms in Samsung’s flagship phones are not maximally waking people. Users can wake up not because of the alarm but the sound of Bixby who read the weather and news in the morning.

The actual alarm sound can be heard when Bixby is off. Adding a new alarm will enable Bixby News Briefing and your alarm tone will be off.

3. Screen ‘zombie’

Samsung has released a statement acknowledging that there are parts of some of the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus screens that do not respond to touch. Some locations on the screen should also be tapped repeatedly, especially when trying to place the cursor on the left edge where the screen is curved.

4. AR Emoji

5. Users can not customize Bixby Voice Galaxy S9 button

The dedicated keys on the left side of the Galaxy S9 open the Bixby Voice app, Samsung’s answer to sidekick Siri Apple and Amazon Alexa. But that button will not open another app.

Users can turn off Bixby Voice, but can not replace it with other applications that prefer to use.
